PITEC GmbH has, since its founding in October 2008, rapidly developed into the presently internationally leading HFMI provider. This is also due, apart from the comprehensive experience our team acquired in UIT (Ultrasonic Impact Treatment) methods previously already, to the many successes of our PIT system.

In October 2018, the company Hermann Fliess & Co. GmbH acquired the naming rights and patents by asset deal and re-founded the company as PITEC Deutschland GmbH with headquarters in Duisburg. Since 1915 and by now in 4th generation, Fliess is a manufacturer of high-quality welding wire with special competence for high-strength steels.

With this strong owner, the PIT team will continue to expand the company and strengthen its position as the leading provider.
